What makes our exciting trade show displays so effective? It's not luck. It is a carefully orchestrated planning process that is behind every Catalyst 3D Marketing Solution.

Catalyst is not simply an exhibits provider, but a marketing partner. Catalyst Exhibits works with each client, analyzing their specific trade show objectives and budget, and designs an exhibit that will help them tell a powerful story . . . and accomplish their goals. We help you redefine your marketing space.

Our process begins prior to your show, with our own upfront research. Then, we pow-wow. You and your group will meet with key Catalyst team members working on your account. We will ask you things like, "Why are you going to this show?" "What are you trying to accomplish?" "Where did you get the fabulous footwear?" The more information we gather about your specific business issues and marketing goals, the better solution we can provide for your company.

Here are highlights of the rest of the process:

  • Presentation - Computerized color renderings are presented to you along with a Catalyst proposal. Following any proposal adjustments, a contract is signed . . . and then we really get hustling.
  • Pre-Detail - An internal Catalyst Exhibits meeting between key team members takes place. Drawings are submitted to you for approval.
  • Production - The approved drawings are sent to the shop, and production begins! At the same time, graphic design sends initial layouts to you.
  • Viewing -- Before shipping, every trade show booth is set up in the shop in order to avoid any potential problems on the show floor. You are welcome to join us for your booth's viewing.
  • Load-Out Meeting - After the viewing, a load-out meeting takes place to ensure that everything is included on the set-up prints and ship list.
  • Vendor Meeting - A key vendor meeting takes place to make sure everyone and everything is on track!
  • Show Site - Your Catalyst account executive is on site for your booth set-up to facilitate the process.
  • Post Show - We even schedule a conference to discuss the success of your show experience.
