The Story Inside
Abbott had a new product to share with the world and chose Catalyst and the AACC trade show as the platform for the public launch. There was no lack in competition for attendee attention. They needed to create a presence to attract traffic and a compelling design to capture interest.
So, we told their story; the simplicity of a story drew attendees in by gradually unfolding before them. Using a storyboard fashion on the interior of a large circular structure, we placed interactive elements in the space to educate attendees in an immersive experience. The space demanded attention and stood apart from all exhibits surrounding it. But, most importantly, it enraptured the attendees with Abbott’s new product.
We All Like Stories – We All Love Movies
We included a theater-style presentation to tell the product’s story in a concise video that ran every 15 minutes. For those who were tired of talking with salesman all day, we provided the opportunity to relax in furniture straight out of a Jetson’s episode. The whole space had a modern innovative feel which set the stage for the breakthrough story of Abbott’s new product.
